Tanager Woods Owners Association

Tanager Woods is a PUD (Planned Unit Developement) with an "Owner's Association" (" a non-profit corporation formed under the laws of Ohio for the purpose of holding and maintaining the Common Area for the common use and enjoyment of lot owners within the Tanager Woods Section of Sunbury Heights Planned Unit Developement.")
Upon closing of your home, you were to receive copies of Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Ownership along with the By-Laws of Tanager Woods Owner's Association. Additional Copies are available upon request. Please call Barb Hardesty at 475-2833.

The meetings are once a month and last 30 -45 minutes. Won't you get involved to keep this a great neighborhood which protects your investment!

The Assessments for 2010-2011 are now being delivered. The Board voted to do a 3% increase. The assessments will go from $122-$125.66. If you are behind in your assessments, please call Darlene Sralik to make payment arrangements. If not, you could be turned over for collection.

NOTE*Next mtg is Monday, Sept. 20th at the North Playground at 7:00 PM

If you are 2 years or more behind in your assessments, the Board WILL exercise our right to place a lein against your property. If you are $500 or more behind, the Board has the right to foreclose on your property. We cannot keep Tanager Woods a nice place, and pay our taxes and insurance if you don't pay your assessments.
